If you've been watching HBO lately, you may have heard some of 615's heralded library music. HBO and Soprano Productions, the division of HBO that produces the famed Sopranos series, recently aquired the 615 Music Library. Also, HBO recently chose to use a cut from SFL-1062 "Lava Lounge" as part of a spot promoting the airing of "Scooby Doo: The Movie."

615 Music Companies at NAB/RTNDA 2004

 NAB/RTNDA 2004 in Las Vegas were a smashing success for 615 Music Companies. The 615 Music Group of companies were well represented at both NAB and RTNDA with new library collections, news packages, and exciting new custom projects to show at both booth locations. Kyle King, National Sales Manager, and Randy Hart, Northeast Regional Sales, led a session about news music entitled "This Just In: Shorter is Better" at the RTNDA conference. Andrew Jones, from Big, Bang and Fuzz, our Australian sub-publisher, was on hand to meet with us, as well as Katsuhiko Nakimura, from Harbor Corporation, our Japan sub-publisher. There was a tremendous turnout and we'd like to thank everyone for stopping by both booths.

 The UK based health services company BUPA recently began running several new television advertisements featuring the track "Perk You Later" off of the 615 Music Library disc "Lava Lounge" SFL-1062. The music, which could be decribed as light and perky, nicely compliments the light-hearted and fun nature of the animated ads.
